What You'll Need

Extensive Unisys Mainframe operational support experience
Strong knowledge of SMA OpCon workload automation and scheduling
Production support experience within critical environments
SQL Server troubleshooting and administration
Incident, Problem and Change Management exposure
Experience operating within ITIL-driven environments

You'll play a key role in maintaining service availability, leading recovery activities, and driving continual operational improvement across core enterprise platforms.
