About the role

Stephen James Consulting is working on behalf of one of our education clients in the search for a Learning & Development Business Partner. This is a national role, offering remote working with travel across the UK, along with regular meetings in Leeds. This role will play a key part in supporting the development of colleagues across a multi-site care and education organisation, driving learning initiatives that improve performance, engagement, and outcomes. Key Responsibilities: * Designing and delivering learning and development programmes across operational and support teams * Supporting leadership development and succession planning across the organisation * Partnering with senior stakeholders to identify training needs and implement effective solutions * Driving a culture of continuous learning and professional development * Supporting onboarding, induction, and development pathways * Evaluating training effectiveness and using data to improve learning outcomes To be considered for this role, you will need: * Experience in a Learning & Development or Organisational Development role * Proven experience in learning and development - ideally within the education sector * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills * Experience designing and delivering training programmes * A proactive and solutions-focused approach This is newly created role offers an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation and play a key role in shaping its learning and development strategy.
