Assistant Team Manager - Children's Services (Non‑Case Holding) Locum / Temporary Locations: Hart & Rushmoor or East Hants Rate: £42 per hour Contract: Locum / Temporary Working Pattern: Hybrid working Hampshire County Council is recruiting an experienced Assistant Team Manager to join their Children's Services teams in Hart & Rushmoor or East Hants. This is a non‑case holding role, focused on supervision, quality assurance and supporting front‑line practice. About the Role As Assistant Team Manager, you will support the Team Manager to ensure consistency, quality and safe decision‑making across the team. You will provide supervision, oversight of complex work, and day‑to‑day operational support, helping to retain experienced practitioners in frontline roles.
