39 hours per week | £12.71 rising to £14.45 after 12 weeks | 2–4 sleep-ins per month | Immediate starts available

We are currently recruiting for a Children's Residential Support Worker to join a residential home supporting children aged 5–13 years with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).

This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity, offering 39 hours per week with the opportunity to move into a permanent position following a successful temporary period.

The role

You'll be working as part of an experienced residential team, providing a safe, stable and nurturing home environment for children who may display behaviours that can be challenging as a result of their individual needs and experiences.

The role will involve building positive and consistent relationships with the children, supporting their emotional wellbeing and helping them with everyday life.

Duties may include:

• Supporting children with their daily routines

• Providing emotional and behavioural support

• Helping children develop independence and life skills
