Junior Recruitment Executive   £14.40 per hour Umbrella (DOE) + Commission | Hybrid (30% office, 70% remote) - Rickmansworth | Full-Time Meet Liquid RS  Liquid Recruitment Solutions is a specialist recruitment agency with over 20 years’ experience supporting the Social Housing sector. Where You Come In We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Junior Recruitment Execuitve who is looking to take a step into a career in recruitment.  This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in supporting live vacancies, coordinating candidate activity and ensuring recruitment processes run smoothly. You will work closely with experienced consultants and business support colleagues, gaining valuable experience across the full recruitment lifecycle. Role Responsibilities    Supporting consultants with live vacancies across a range of roles Creating and posting job adverts across job boards and internal systems Formatting CVs and preparing candidate submissions Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients Communicating with candidates to ensure they are fully informed throughout the process Maintaining accurate records within our CRM system (Bullhorn) Supporting the team with general recruitment administration Ensuring a professional and positive experience for candidates Working collaboratively with the team to ensure vacancies are delivered to a high standard You'll Thrive Here If   You are organised and have strong attention to detail You are confident communicating with people and enjoy building relationships You are proactive, reliable and willing to learn You enjoy working in a structured and professional environment You are interested in recruitment or people-focused careers You are comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritising your workload You have strong written and verbal communication skills Previous recruitment experience is not required.
