Children’s Registered Manager – Dual Registration Deputy Managers Should Apply Solo Residential Homes Salary up to £58,000 per annum + £5000 Welcome Bonus + Relocation Package Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with an established children’s provider within Residential care, who offer support to children with complex needs, to recruit for a Registered Manager to oversee two of their children’s solo residential services based in the Middlesbrough area. As the Registered Manager you will have overall responsibility of the day-to-day operations of the service, including the leadership and management of the staff team and continuous collaboration with the company’s quality team. You will be overseeing the efficient delivery and development of the new service whilst working closely alongside the Senior Management Team, where together you will ensure the children receive the best care. You will possess a deep working knowledge of health and social care, particularly in relation to Ofsted rules and regulations. Experienced Registered Manager with a minimum of 12 months’ experience managing a children's residential OR an experienced Deputy Manager with 2/3 years experience within children's residential. Comprehensive knowledge of SCCIF, Children’s Home Regulations, and Quality Standards. A creative, compassionate leader with a passion for working with children. A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport.
