Pertemps are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Skilled CNC Miller/Programmer to join a busy and fast-paced manufacturing environment in Exhall! This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled machinist who can programme, set, and operate CNC milling machines, with a strong focus on precision and quality! Key Responsibilities: Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines Offline programming (experience with ONECNC preferred – training can be provided) Producing mainly one-off components Inspecting and checking own work using measuring equipment (bore micrometers, micrometers, depth mics, etc.) Reading and interpreting engineering drawings Working to tight tolerances with high attention to detail Meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Operating predominantly HAAS machinery Maintaining excellent health & safety standards at all times Requirements: Proven experience in CNC milling (programming, setting, operating) Strong understanding of engineering drawings High level of accuracy and quality focus Ability to work independently and manage workloadHours of Work: Monday to Thursday: 6:45am – 4:00pm (30-minute lunch break) Friday: 6:45am – 11:45am Overtime available as required Salary & Benefits: Salary negotiable depending on experience Paid every 4 weeks 26 days holiday NEST pension scheme   If you are a skilled CNC professional looking for your next opportunity, apply today or get in touch with Pertemps Coventry for more information
