Key Responsibilities Classroom Delivery: Lead pre-planned lessons across various subjects, ensuring all students remain engaged and on-task. Behaviour Management: Maintain a positive learning environment using the school's specific behaviour and rewards policies. Flexibility: Adapt to different school settings, from local authority-maintained schools to large multi-academy trusts. Feedback: Provide concise handover notes for the returning class teacher to ensure continuity of learning. Requirements & Qualifications Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification (QTLS). Experience: Strong classroom management skills with the ability to build quick rapport with students. Compliance: Must hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
