Teaching Assistant

We are currently working with a warm, inclusive and nurturing School that provides high-quality education and care for pupils with a range of special educational needs. The school is committed to helping every child achieve their full potential in a supportive and well-structured environment.   They are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join their team and support pupils across the school. This position starts after the Easter break. About the role: Working closely with class teachers and the wider support team to deliver tailored learning and care Providing one-to-one and small group support to help pupils access the curriculum Promoting positive behaviour, emotional regulation and independence Creating a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment  The ideal candidate: Can work effectively as part of a team and follow guidance from teachers and therapists Is proactive, reliable and committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing Holds (or is willing to work towards) relevant SEN or childcare qualifications  Why Horizon Teachers: We are currently having our busiest year & placing more teachers & support staff than ever before.
