The Position
As a KS1 Teacher, you will deliver engaging and well-structured lessons that motivate pupils and encourage a love of learning. You will play a key role in creating a positive and inclusive classroom where every child can thrive.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning and teaching lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Supporting pupils' literacy and numeracy development
Monitoring progress and adapting teaching approaches where needed
Working closely with colleagues and contributing as a KS1 Teacher within the wider teamCandidate Profile
The ideal KS1 Teacher will be passionate, nurturing, and committed to helping every child succeed. Strong classroom management and communication skills are essential.
Essential requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience within a primary school setting (KS1 preferred)
A genuine passion for early years education
