Site Manager

Site Manager – Mixed-Use Development Location: Central Swansea Duration: Project running until early 2027-follow on jobs available thereafter Reporting to: Project Manager Our client has an upcoming opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a significant mixed-use development in Swansea central. Working under the direction of the existing Project Manager, the successful candidate will initially take responsibility for the coordination and quality control of all external façade packages, before transitioning into the management of M&E installations and internal finishes as the project progresses. Project Overview The development consists of: * A 6-storey residential block and * A series of linked commercial units designed to replicate shipping containers Key Responsibilities * Manage coordination of external façade subcontractors including: * Brickwork * Curtain walling * Windows and doors * Flat roofing works * Ensure quality standards are achieved and maintained across packages * Monitor programme progress and support delivery milestones * Liaise with subcontractors, consultants and the wider site team * Support the Project Manager in ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to specification * Transition into overseeing internal fit-out phases including M&E and finishes Requirements * Proven experience as a Site Manager on multi-storey residential or mixed-use developments * Strong experience managing façade packages * Good working knowledge of M&E coordination and internal finishing stages * SMSTS certification * CSCS (Black or Gold preferred) * First Aid at Work (preferred) * Strong organisational and communication skills What We Offer * Opportunity to join an established project team on a long-term scheme through to early 2027 and beyond * Involvement across both external envelope and internal delivery phases * Supportive working environment under an experienced Project Manager If you are interested in discussing this opportunity, please apply with your CV or get in touch for further information
