Job Title: Special Needs Teacher
Area: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term
Rate: GBP140 - GBP220 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm

Are you a passionate and dedicated SEND Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs? We are partnering with a fantastic specialist primary school in Bradford, supporting students with a range of complex learning needs, including autism and physical or sensory impairments. The school is committed to creating a warm, inclusive, and supportive environment where every student can thrive and reach their full potential.
As a SEND Teacher, youll join a team of dedicated professionals focused on providing high-quality, child-centred education that caters to the individual needs of each student.
As a SEND Teacher, you will:
· Deliver high-quality, tailored teaching primarily to primary-aged pupils.
· Plan and differentiate engaging lessons that meet EHCP outcomes and developmental milestones.
· Collaborate closely with the SENCO, support staff, and parents/carers to ensure a consistent, holistic approach to education.
· Focus on the academic, social, and emotional development of each child, supporting their unique needs.
What Were Looking For:
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
· Experience teaching in an SEN setting or strong SEN knowledge within mainstream education.
· A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach to classroom management.
· Passion for inclusive education and a commitment to ensuring every child makes progress.
· Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students and deliver personalised learning.
To be eligible, you must:
· Hold Right to Work in the UK.
· Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service OR be willing to process a new application.
· Provide two professional child-related references.
