Sales Manager – Wireless & IoT Hardware Solutions
Location: Remote (UK or Ireland) with international travel
Type: Full-time | Permanent
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 base + 100% OTE + share options
We’re partnered with a fast-scaling deep tech company building cutting-edge wireless connectivity
solutions powering the next generation of IoT, wearable and secure communication devices.
Now, they’re looking for a driven, on-the-road Sales Manager - someone ambitious, confident and hungry to make their mark. You’ll travel across Europe and North America building relationships, closing deals and ultimately leading the commercial charge as the business grows.
This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be on planes, at events, in front of clients - owning the territory and building the foundation for a global sales team in the years ahead. Perfect for someone with 3-4 years of solid tech sales experience, who’s itching to step up and become the go-to person for high-impact deals in the wireless and IoT space.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Run the full sales cycle - from prospecting and pitching through to closing and account management.
- Travel across Europe and the US to meet customers, partners and distributors.
- Build and grow relationships with OEMs, ODMs and hardware partners in the wireless and IoT space.
- Represent the company at global trade shows, conferences and networking events.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and leadership teams to tailor technical solutions for customers.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and help shape go-to-market and channel strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience in B2B tech or hardware sales - ideally in wireless, IoT, or semiconductors.
- Natural networker who lives for travel, client meetings and closing deals.
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
- Confident communicator and negotiator, comfortable working with technical teams.
- Experience selling to OEMs, distributors, or component vendors is a big plus.
- Ready to own it - with ambitions to build and eventually lead the sales team.
