The Role * You will be responsible for managing a busy high street location with a small but highly experienced team of colleagues. * Delivering the best service to your customers is absolutely critical in this role. Your customers will expect a journey and expert knowledge all served with a smile. * Effective managing of payroll and costs alongside driving KPI's and commercial targets to deliver a profitable Store. * Inventory and stock control with high levels of security control are critical in this role. * Creating a freiendly and welcoming place to work and for your customers to shop.
