Position: Commercial Gas Engineer Location: East Midlands Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + Overtime (Enhanced Rate) Benefits: Van or Estate Car, Training & Development, Enhanced Sick Pay, 33 Days Holiday We are recruiting for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management contractor operating across the East Midlands. This is a great opportunity to work across a range of secure, healthcare, and educational contracts. As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you will carry out service, maintenance, and repair of commercial gas systems, ensuring all equipment is safe, compliant, and operating efficiently. You will be covering multiple sites, delivering both planned and reactive works. You will be joining an established team where the Commercial Gas Engineer plays a key role in maintaining high standards of service delivery across critical environments. Key Responsibilities: * Service and maintain commercial gas systems * Fault finding and reactive repairs * Carry out safety checks and ensure compliance * Complete job reports and maintain records * Work across multiple FM contracts Requirements: * Proven experience as a Commercial Gas Engineer * Commercial gas qualifications (COCN1 essential) * Strong fault-finding ability * FM / building services experience preferred * Full UK driving licence Package: * Salary up to £45,000 * Enhanced overtime rates * Company van or estate car (personal use included) * 33 days holiday * Enhanced sick pay * Ongoing training and development Why Apply?
