Role: Production Manager, Creative Content Studio Location: Central London, Hybrid Working Salary: £45,000 - £50,000, Depending on experience A fast-growing creative production studio with over 21 million followers across social platforms is seeking a talented Production Manager to join its London team full-time. The company produces high-impact, engaging video content every week for audiences on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. They're looking for an organised, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about digital storytelling. Working closely with the Head of Production, you’ll ensure projects run smoothly from planning to delivery - building efficient systems, managing budgets, coordinating teams, and supporting the overall production pipeline. Allocate talent effectively, manage onboarding, and maintain a trusted freelance network. Track budgets and P&L, highlight risks, and produce regular reports. Oversee timelines, workloads, and resource distribution to ensure balanced production. Compliance & Quality: Proven experience as a Production Manager or Senior Production Coordinator in a creative or post-production environment. Strong budgeting, scheduling, and team management skills. Excellent communicator with solid knowledge of production workflows and tools (e.g., Experience with VFX, budgeting, and full production lifecycles preferred. Degree in film, media, or business advantageous but not essential.
