The Role - Behaviour Mentor / Teaching Assistant Seeking a resilient and proactive Behaviour Mentor / Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 11-16 within a PRU setting. You will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils manage behaviour, regulate emotions and re-engage with learning. The role combines classroom support with behaviour intervention, including implementing support plans, using de-escalation techniques, promoting positive behaviour and assisting pupils to access lessons within a structured environment.
