About the Role

GR Employment is recruiting for an Operations Agent role at a client site in Inverness. This position offers a temporary to permanent pathway within a dynamic service centre environment. You will be the first point of contact for customer queries, providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service as the primary contact for frontline queries
• Act as Service Centre Receptionist, welcoming visitors professionally
• Provide administrative support using Microsoft Office applications
• Carry out light warehouse tasks as required
• Support the wider operations team to maintain smooth site operations
• Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams for daily tasks

What We're Looking For

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal abilities
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, varied environment
• Willingness to undergo security screening including a 5-year history check and UK criminal record check

Shift

• Monday - Friday: 10:30 to 19:00, 30‑minutes unpaid break
• Shift premium: extra £2.80 per hour after 7:00pm
• Saturday premium: extra £1.22 per hour; Sunday premium: extra £2.27 per hour
