Shift:Monday Thursday, 6:00 AM 4:30 PM
Pay:£15.00 £17.00 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experiencedProduction Supervisorto join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing daily operations within a busy fabrication and welding environment. The successful candidate will ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

This is a four-day working week, offering excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production activities

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of fabrication/welding operatives

• Ensure production schedules and deadlines are achieved

• Monitor quality control and maintain high manufacturing standards

• Enforce health & safety policies and procedures

• Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste

• Report on performance, output, and any operational issues

Requirements

• Proven experience in afabrication, welding, or similar manufacturing background(essential)

• Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred

• Strong understanding of production processes and workflow management

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Proactive, hands-on xwzovoh approach with strong problem-solving ability
