As we continue to grow, we are looking for an organised and people-focused HR professional to support our internal teams and help shape a positive employee experience.
The Role: HR Administrator
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator / People Coordinator to join a busy and collaborative business, supporting the full employee lifecycle and helping drive HR best practice across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, contracts and employee records
Support recruitment activity including scheduling interviews and candidate communications
Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy/compliance
Assist managers with HR policies, procedures and employee relations matters
Coordinate training, probation reviews and performance management processes
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal wellbeing/culture programmes
Ensure compliance with UK employment law and internal policies
Produce HR reports and support wider people projects as requiredAbout You
Previous experience in an HR/People Administration or Coordination role
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels
Good understanding of HR processes and employment law fundamentals
CIPD Level 3 qualified/studying (desirable)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentWhat’s on Offer
