Graduate Interior Designer – Hospitality Projects Glasgow | Permanent | £24,000–£26,000 DOE Represented by Confero Recruitment Group A vibrant, design‑focused interior architecture studio in Glasgow is looking to welcome a Graduate Interior Designer to its growing hospitality team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a practice known for bold concepts, immersive environments and beautifully detailed spaces across bars, restaurants, hotels and leisure venues. If you’re a creative graduate with a passion for hospitality design and a portfolio that shows flair, curiosity and attention to detail, this role will give you the platform to grow quickly. What makes this opportunity exciting * Work on high‑impact hospitality interiors from concept to completion * Join a collaborative, energetic team where ideas are encouraged * Exposure to brand‑led design, materiality, FF&E and spatial storytelling * Real responsibility early on, with mentorship from experienced designers * A studio culture that values creativity, personality and fresh thinking What you’ll be doing * Supporting concept development, mood boards and presentation material * Producing drawings, visuals and technical information * Assisting with FF&E sourcing, specification and sample coordination * Contributing to design workshops and client presentations * Helping develop cohesive design narratives for hospitality environments What we’re looking for * Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or similar * A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, spatial awareness and design thinking * Interest in hospitality, experiential design and brand‑driven interiors * Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Revit a bonus) * A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn What’s on offer * £24,000–£26,000 depending on experience * Clear development pathway with hands‑on mentorship * Exposure to exciting hospitality projects across the UK * A supportive, social studio environment * Opportunities to build your portfolio quickly with real project involvement How to apply Confero Recruitment Group is managing the appointment process.
