Compliance Contract Officer

This role offers the chance to monitor and supervise various asbestos and water hygiene regulations.   You will be working for a well-known housing provider that values not only their tenants but every stakeholder within the business, ensuring attention to detail, collaboration and a commitment to maintaining high levels of compliance.   As the Compliance Contract Officer you will be: Monitoring and supervising various asbestos and water hygiene regulations Updating and maintaining the risk register Providing advice to customers, staff and contractors regarding risk areas Ensuring contractors meet or exceed KPIs and maintain a high standard of tenant liaison   Qualifications the Compliance Contract Officer will need: Experience working within a social housing setting in a similar role.
