Class 2 HIAB Driver

The Best Connection is currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 HIAB Driver to join one of our well-established clients based in Cardiff Gate. This is an excellent opportunity to secure full-time, ongoing work with a respected builders' merchants, delivering building materials to trade and residential customers. The Role As a Class 2 HIAB Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of building materials using a HIAB crane. This role involves working with a professional team and representing the business while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Driving a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle Operating a HIAB crane to load and unload building materials Delivering goods to construction sites, businesses, and residential addresses Carrying out daily vehicle checks and ensuring safe operation at all times Providing friendly and professional customer service on delivery Requirements Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence ALLMI HIAB ticket (essential) Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar HIAB driving role Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card Strong knowledge of safe loading and unloading practices Good communication and customer service skills Pay & Benefits £17.18 per hour (Monday-Friday) £25.77 per hour (Saturdays) £34.36 per hour (Sundays) Full-time, ongoing work Weekly pay Support from a dedicated recruitment team Opportunity to work with a well-established builders' merchantsIf you're a reliable Class 2 HIAB Driver looking for stable, well-paid work in the Cardiff Gate area, we want to hear from you. 📞 Apply today or contact The Best Connection for more information.
