As a Staff Restaurant Attendant, you will help create a welcoming, nourishing environment for our team by preparing and serving food to the highest Nobu standards. With a focus on freshness, organisation, and teamwork, you will play a vital role in maintaining the rhythm and quality of the staff restaurant, ensuring every colleague enjoys the same warmth and care we offer our guests.
You will
Prepare, present and serve food to Nobus standards in the staff restaurant
Ensure the staff restaurant is fully set up, clean and operating seamlessly each day
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety and cleanliness at all times
Receive and store deliveries accurately, ensuring items are safely and properly handled
Monitor Health & Safety and hygiene practices, reporting any issues promptly
Maintain kitchen and service equipment, reporting faults or repairs to the Engineering team
Support menu preparation and communicate any allergy or dietary requirements
Uphold company grooming standards and personal presentation at all times
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
Anticipate needs and proactively support colleagues across departments when required
Attend briefings and team meetings, sharing ideas and suggestions for improvement
