Valuation Surveyor – Wakefield – £50,000 - £65,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus   Based from Home (office day on Fridays) Simple and lucrative bonus structure Most recognised Partner led firm in Harrogate   What’s on offer   £50,000 - £65,000 basic salary (negotiable depending on experience) Car allowance Bonus structure Hybrid working pattern if wanted, minimum requirement is Friday in the office Membership fees paid 25 days annual leave plus BH’s Extra day off if Birthday falls on a working day Great benefits package including Private Health Care   TSA Surveying Recruitment are working with one of the leading Partner led firms in North Yorkshire and arguably the most recognised practise in Harrogate, helping them secure a new Valuation Surveyor for the Wakefield area.   This firm work off traditional ethos and values which ensures the clients are central to everything they do, whilst working in a modern way to maximise efficiency and value.   They are a very social team and enjoy going out as a team locally on a regular basis and value team days out such as going to the cricket!   Across a normal working week, you will be conducting Home Buyer reports and Valuations for lending purposes.    Experience and qualifications you will have   FRICS, MRICS or Assoc RICS Currently VRS registered or meets the VRS criteria to gain registration easily Technical expertise in residential surveying Experience across North Yorkshire is preferred but not essential Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Able to work from home
