SpaceandPeople is seeking to appoint a Senior Campaign Delivery Manager to strengthen their campaign delivery capability. This role sits at the heart of operations and is central to ensuring campaigns are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with regulatory, venue and client standards.

Reporting into the campaign leadership team, the Senior Campaign Delivery Manager will take ownership of campaigns from planning through to delivery and close‑out. Acting as the subject‑matter lead for compliance and health & safety, the role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on involvement, supporting onsite teams, liaising with clients and venues, and proactively managing risk.

In addition to operational delivery, the role will support continuous improvement across compliance practices, documentation and processes, and will provide guidance and mentoring to more junior members of the campaign delivery team.

We are seeking an experienced delivery professional with a strong background in campaigns, events, field marketing, project delivery or operational environments. xwzovoh You will be confident operating in live environments, comfortable making decisions under pressure, and are able to build credible relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and strong delivery orientation are key.
