About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Learning & Development (L&D) Lead to join our growing professional services firm in Belfast. This is a pivotal role responsible for shaping and delivering high-quality learning experiences that support the development of our people across all levels — from early careers through to senior leadership.

You will play a key role in designing, tailoring, and facilitating impactful learning programmes that meet the diverse needs of our teams across different sectors and career stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning programmes aligned to business needs
- Tailor content to suit a wide range of audiences, functions, and levels of seniority
- Facilitate interactive workshops and training sessions, both in-person and virtually
- Continuously evaluate and enhance programmes based on participant feedback and measurable outcomes
- Review and update learning materials to ensure relevance, quality, and alignment with best practice
- Stay informed of emerging trends, tools, and methodologies in learning and development
- Support the integration of psychometric tools into development programmes where appropriate
- Partner with key stakeholders to identify capability gaps and implement effective learning solutions
About You
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end learning solutions — from design through to facilitation
- Demonstrated ability to deliver workshops confidently at all levels, including senior leadership
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences in both virtual and face-to-face environments
- Experience tailoring learning content for different sectors and business functions
- Familiarity with psychometric tools and their application in professional development
- A proactive approach to improving learning outcomes through feedback and innovation
- Strong communication xwzovoh and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications & Experience
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above preferred)
- Relevant experience within a professional services environment is advantageous
