The Role

• Support the senior kitchen team in delivering refined, high-quality Japanese dishes within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Take ownership of a section, specialising in robata, tempura, and yakitori
• Execute dishes with precision, consistency, and attention to detail aligned with Michelin-level standards
• Contribute to a disciplined, ambitious kitchen culture focused on excellence

The Ideal Candidate

• Currently working as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef in a high-end Japanese restaurant
• Experience within top-tier London dining establishments, ideally with Michelin exposure
• Strong knowledge of traditional Japanese techniques and premium ingredients
• Proven experience with robata grill, tempura, and yakitori
• A passion for excellence and a desire to work in a Michelin-driven environment
• Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume, quality-focused kitchen

• £42,000 basic salary + tips (OTE £45,000–£46,000)
