Private Client Solicitor (3+ Years PQE) Staffordshire £40,000–£50,000 DOE Think Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with Beeston Shenton Solicitors, a highly respected and growing independent law firm, to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their successful Wills, Probate & Estate Planning team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, modern practice with an outstanding reputation for client care, professional development and long-term career progression. Your responsibilities will include: ✔ Managing a varied caseload of Wills, Probate and Estate Administration ✔ Advising clients on Estate Planning and Succession Planning ✔ Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney ✔ Trusts and Inheritance Tax Planning ✔ Supporting High-Net-Worth Private Client matters ✔ Court of Protection work (where appropriate) ✔ Building long-term client relationships and delivering exceptional client care ✔ Working closely with colleagues to generate cross-referral opportunities We're looking for someone with: • 3+ years' PQE within Private Client • Experience managing their own caseload • Excellent communication and client care skills • A compassionate, empathetic approach • Strong drafting and organisational abilities • Commercial awareness and relationship-building skills • STEP qualification (or working towards it) would be advantageous Confidential conversation are welcome
