What Youll Be Doing Youll play a key role in maintaining and improving our College site, including: General maintenance, repairs and site improvements Supporting health & safety and compliance checks Setting up rooms and events across the College Working with contractors and external partners Security duties including opening and locking up Grounds work and site upkeep Helping create a safe environment for students and staff If you enjoy practical problem solving, working independently, and being part of a close knit team youll fit right in.

What Were Looking For Were keen to hear from people with: Strong practical maintenance skills Experience in a skilled trade or hands on environment A positive, can do attitude Good teamwork and communication skills Pride in high standards and a job well done Trade qualifications are welcome, but significant practical experience is equally valued.

The allocated day off during the week can be flexible to suit the needs of the applicant.
