An international specialty MGA are seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to join its Financial Lines claims team.


The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of Professional Indemnity and Financial Lines claims arising from the US, Canada, and Europe, handling matters from notification through to resolution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Professional Indemnity and Financial Lines claims across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Review policy coverage and provide technical claims analysis.
  • Liaise with brokers, insureds, legal counsel, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor reserves, litigation strategy, and claim developments.
  • Work closely with underwriting teams to provide claims insight and support portfolio performance.


Experience Required:

  • Proven experience handling Professional Indemnity claims.
  • Strong policy interpretation and coverage analysis skills.
  • Exposure to international claims, particularly US, Canadian, and European risks.
  • Knowledge of Financial Lines products, including D&O, Financial Institutions, and Cyber, would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Desirable:

  • ACII qualification or progress towards it.
  • Experience within the London Market or international specialty insurance sector. xwzovoh
