Osteria Angelina is looking for an experienced, full-time Pasta Chef to join our kitchen team. You'll make our pasta fresh, by hand, every day in full view of our guests in our glass pasta lab on the restaurant floor. If you take real pride in your craft and want your work to be seen, not hidden away in a back kitchen, we'd love to hear from you.

About Us

We are a family-owned sister restaurant to Angelina Dalston. An Osteria is a casual restaurant rooted in the Italian tradition of generous hospitality and simple, beautiful food. We celebrate Itameshi Italian food with Japanese ingredients and influences. We serve an la carte menu that changes with the seasons and the day's best ingredients. Our kitchen is open, our pasta lab is visible, and our service is relaxed.

We honour craft, not convention and that same spirit shapes how we work: no rigid scripts, no strict dress code, just genuine hospitality, great food, and a team that feels like home. The Role As our Pasta Chef, you'll work from our glass pasta lab, positioned on the restaurant floor rather than tucked away in the kitchen. Guests will watch you roll, shape, and cut pasta fresh every day, so your craft is very much part of the theatre and hospitality we offer.
