Oversee and manage all on-site electrical activities, ensuring works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality expectations
•    Team & Subcontractor Coordination
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, direct labour, and specialist trades to maintain efficient workflow and productivity on site
•    Health & Safety Compliance
Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments
•    Stakeholder & Client Liaison
Liaise closely with project managers, design teams, and client representatives to resolve technical issues and maintain strong working relationships
•    Progress Monitoring & Issue Resolution
Monitor progress against programme, providing regular updates and proactively 
addressing delays or challenges to keep projects on trackRequirementsMust have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades background
Must have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role on similar construction projects
