Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanour 😊
Manage the reception area, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the accommodation and local attractions
Maintain a secure and safe environment for guests during the night
Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
Assist with any maintenance requests or emergencies that may arise
Prepare and serve light refreshments as neededCandidate Profile:

Previous experience in a hospitality in hotels or a customer service role
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays
