Production Operatives – Day Shift 📍 Tri-Wall, Jarrow 💰 £12.81 per hour | 39 hours per week 🕒 Day Shift | 📅 Approx ~9-Month Project About Tri-Wall Tri-Wall is a global leader in heavy-duty packaging, delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions. With a new 9-month customer project launching, this is a great time to join a growing and forward-thinking team. The Role We’re seeking Production Operatives to support the manufacture of timber packaging products including pallets, crates, and cases. Working within a collaborative team and reporting to the Production Team Leader, you’ll help meet production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities * Manufacture timber products to specifications and drawings * Measure, cut, assemble, and secure timber components * Operate machinery and tools safely (including nail guns) * Perform quality checks to ensure standards are met * Follow health & safety procedures and maintain a tidy workspace * Work to production targets and deadlines What We’re Looking For * Manufacturing or production experience * Timber/wood experience (advantageous) * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and quality * Positive, team-focused attitude * Confidence using tools (training provided) What’s in It for You? * £12.81 per hour * Day shift only * Training and multi-skilled development opportunities * Supportive, inclusive working environment
