This is an outstanding opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional with a strong background in fine dining, luxury hotels, premium travel, or high-end restaurant operations. Working Pattern
Rota-based role
Required to travel and stay onboard for up to 6 nights at a time

The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operation of the restaurant service, leading and inspiring your team to deliver flawless, personalised hospitality in a luxury setting. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage service while ensuring every guest journey feels seamless, refined, and memorable.

This role requires a hands-on leader with exceptional attention to detail, a passion for luxury service, and the ability to motivate a team within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations and service delivery
Ensure consistently high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service excellence
Create a warm, welcoming, and personalised atmosphere for guests
Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively resolve any issues
Work closely with onboard operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Manage staffing levels, team performance, and operational efficiency
Support training initiatives and uphold luxury hospitality standards
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
Drive a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement
About You
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior restaurant leader within luxury hospitality
Background in fine dining, luxury hotels, premium travel, or high-end hospitality environments xwzovoh
Strong leadership and team management skills
Exceptional guest service and communication abilities
Calm under pressure with strong organisational skills
Passionate about delivering memorable experiences and attention to detail
A proactive and hands-on management style
