Construction Director / Projects Director – High-End Residential

London & Surrey | £90k–£150k (inclusive of bonus)

A respected high end residential main contractor is looking for an experienced Construction Director / Projects Director to lead delivery across London, Surrey, and Hampshire.

The business is a privately owned SME with a turnover of around £20m, delivering super prime refurbishments and bespoke new builds. The company is now entering a phase of steady expansion and succession planning, offering a genuine long-term opportunity for a senior professional to help shape the next stage of its development.

Projects are a mix of negotiated and competitive tendered work, with a strong pipeline of repeat business and a focus on quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee delivery of multiple high end residential projects.
• Lead, mentor, and support project and site management teams.
• Ensure programme, quality, and financial objectives are achieved.
• Maintain and develop client and consultant relationships.
• Work closely with the Directors on business planning, resourcing, and future growth.

Requirements:

• Proven track record delivering prime or super-prime residential projects .
• Leadership experience across multiple concurrent sites.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Background in main contracting, ideally within the London and Home Counties markets.
• Commercial awareness and an interest in contributing to company growth and structure.

Salary & Package:

• £90k–£150k (inclusive of bonus, depending on experience)
• Pension and benefits package commensurate with seniority
