Senior Building Surveyor - Construction

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Building Surveyor to join a dynamic estates and facilities team within a leading higher education institution. This is a full-time position on a 12-month temporary contract, offering the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of construction projects ranging from minor refurbishments to complex new builds. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering building surveying design and project management services across a wide range of capital and maintenance projects. You'll be working within a collaborative internal consultancy environment, managing projects from inception to completion, and ensuring best value is achieved throughout. To be considered, you'll need to be degree-qualified in Building Surveying or a related discipline, with ideally full membership of a recognised professional body such as RICS. Proficiency in AutoCAD, NBS Create, and MS Office (including MS Project) is also required.
