About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Document Controller to oversee document control operations across multiple projects, ensuring robust systems, governance, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Document Controllers across projects and sites, including mentoring, development, and supporting recruitment
- Act as the main point of escalation and technical authority for all document control and information management matters
- Establish and maintain document control systems, ensuring compliance with company procedures and ISO 19650 standards
- Oversee and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE), including user training, system performance, and data security
- Ensure accurate control, quality assurance, xwzovoh and timely flow of all project documentation, including approvals, registers, and archiving
- Support project teams and stakeholders by providing guidance, system support, and ensuring effective information management through to project completion
