The Client:

A leading global investment management firm are seeking temporary support within their Recruitment team, based in their London office.

The Role:

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinating a high volume of interviews, managing complex diaries across multiple time zones.
• Supporting lateral recruitment processes and acting as a point of contact for candidates.
• Managing a busy workload, tracking multiple candidates through the process at any one time.
• Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure processes run smoothly and on time.
• Supporting offer coordination and general recruitment administration.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.

The Successful Candidate will:

• Have prior experience in recruitment coordination or a similar high-volume coordination role.
• Be highly organised, with strong diary management and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Be polished, professional and confident in their communication.
• Be comfortable working at pace and under pressure within a fast-moving environment.
• Have excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Be flexible with working hours, particularly when liaising with US stakeholders.

The Details and Benefits:

• Standard hours are 9:00am–6:00pm (flexibility required outside core hours).
• 4 days office-based, Fridays working from home.
• 3-month temporary opportunity (with potential to extend).
