A standout opportunity has arisen for a highly organised, proactive, and adaptable Executive Assistant to support a Chief Executive who is a true thought leader in their industry. Our client is a fast-growing and purpose-driven organisation focused on sustainability.

This role is best suited to an EA who thrives in a fast-paced setting, works as a true enabler and extension of their Chief Executive, enjoys working at a senior level, and is confident managing competing priorities with professionalism and discretion. There is so much opportunity to this role to include managing a small team of EAs, as such an EA with excellent emotional intelligence is essential. Due to the immediate need this is a temp to perm hire.
Key Responsibilities
- Extensive diary and inbox management for the Chief Executive
- Coordinating meetings across multiple international time zones
- Organising complex international travel arrangements
- Acting as a key liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Supporting the planning and logistics of global events
- Preparing and collating documents, briefings, and presentations
- Managing contracts and administrative processes
- Processing expenses and invoices efficiently
- Providing broader operational and project support as the role evolves
- Preparing and taking ownership of the Board

- Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Experienced in managing complex schedules and priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

- Prior team management experience
