Their established Commercial Property team advise a broad ranging client base of housebuilders, developers and landowners, across all aspects of Commercial Property including commercial landlord and tenant matters, investment property acquisitions and lease negotiations. The firm is now looking to expand the team with the appointment of a Commercial Property Partner, who would like to join them on their journey!

To be considered for this opportunity you will be:

• A qualified solicitor in England & Wales and either a partner already or a Senior Associate ready to step into partnership
• Technically strong with a proven background in all aspects of Commercial Property
• Commercially minded, with the ability to develop and sustain client relationships
• Interested in mentoring senior and junior solicitors in the team
• Approachable, collaborative and aligned with a values-led firm culture
• Motivated by growth quality and long-term career progression
