We’re working with a well established, professional organisation operating within a fast-paced environment. They’re now looking to appoint a HR Administrator to join a small, supportive HR team and provide high-quality, end-to-end people administration support across the business.


This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their HR career, or with strong administrative experience, who is looking to build broad exposure across recruitment, onboarding, systems, and people operations.



As an HR Administrator, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive HR administration support across the employee lifecycle
  • Support recruitment activity including adverts, agency liaison, interview scheduling and ATS management
  • Manage the new starter process
  • Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems
  • Support absence, family leave, leaver and benefits administration
  • Assist with training administration, reporting and compliance records
  • Monitor the HR inbox and respond to routine employee and manager queries
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc HR reports and management information
  • Support payroll processes by coordinating starter, leaver and change data
  • Assist with HR projects, audits and xwzovoh continuous improvement initiatives


What we’re looking for:

  • HR administration experience
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Proactive, flexible and keen to learn within a people-focused role
