You will be joining one of the largest SME teams in the country which offers training, development and significant career opportunities.  Core Service Areas Quantity Surveying – Pre- and Post-Contract Commercial Services Commercial Management and Dispute Resolution Delivering pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services Preparing cost plans, estimates, and commercial reports Supporting commercial management and dispute resolution activities Liaising effectively with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline Experience in pre- and post-contract services Strong commercial awareness and analytical ability Ability to manage workload across multiple projects Competitive salary of £40,000 – £55,000 ~5% pension contribution ~ Car allowance ~ Private medical insurance ~ This role would suit a proactive Quantity Surveyor seeking variety, responsibility, and genuine development opportunities within a professional construction consultancy environment.
