Production Assembler

Our client is a well-established electronics manufacturer and is looking for a Production Assembler to support board-level assembly and box build activities. This role suits someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Production Assembler 8-12 week Temporary Assignment with an opportunity to go permanent   £13.50-£14 per hour Monday- Thursday 7.30am-4pm. Friday 7.30am-1pm (37 hour week) Waterlooville Production Assembler Job Description PCBA assembly including SMT and PTH soldering Cable assembly using crimp tools Electro-mechanical assembly Working from BOMs and technical drawings to meet required standards PCBA rework  Production Assembler Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Knowledge or experience of IPC 610 and IPC 620 standards Competent in PTH/SMT soldering to at least IPC 610 Class 2 Strong component recognition skills Experience working with fine-pitch components under a microscope Able to manage and prioritise workload effectively Inspection experience is an advantage but not essential  If you feel you’re a good fit for this position, please click ‘apply
