Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities, commissioners, and referral partners.

Drive occupancy through effective placement sourcing and conversion strategies.

Represent the service professionally, promoting clinical strengths and outcomes.

Monitor referral pipelines and provide insight to improve conversion and growth.

About You Extensive experience in mental health care homes or hospitals within a business development or referrals role.

Proven experience working with local authorities and securing placements.

Track record of driving occupancy and developing referral networks in CQC-regulated services. xwzovoh
