The school is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Phase Leader to join their team from May 2026.This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a key stage team, drive high standards of teaching and learning, and make a lasting impact on pupil progress within a collaborative and forward-thinking school environment.Role Details Location: Haringey Start Date: May 2026 Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR (dependent on experience)Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a phase (EYFS, KS1, or KS2), ensuring high-quality teaching and learning across the teamSupport, coach, and develop teachers to improve classroom practice and outcomesMonitor pupil progress and attainment, implementing strategies to close gapsContribute to curriculum planning, development, and assessment across the phaseWork closely with senior leadership to drive school improvement prioritiesFoster a positive, inclusive, and high-achieving learning environmentBuild strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parentsThe Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have proven experience as an effective classroom practitioner
• Have experience leading a subject, year group, or phase (or be ready to step xwzovoh into leadership)
• Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Be passionate about raising attainment and supporting staff development
• Be committed to inclusion and ensuring all pupils achieve their full potential
