  • Using understanding of local material availability and sourcing locations to support customer needs
  • Managing your own diary, workload, and priorities across site visits, customer engagement, and administrative tasks
  • Applying practical understanding of logistics, haulage constraints, and delivery planning

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience within aggregates merchanting or aggregates sales
  • Strong technical understanding of aggregates products and applications
  • Working knowledge of Series 600 and Series 800 specifications
  • Knowledge of local material availability and sourcing points within the North East
  • Proven customer service skills, ideally with experience supporting key accounts
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities
  • Ability to manage workload, priorities, and diary independently
  • Practical understanding of logistics, haulage, and delivery operations
  • Willingness to work part‑week from the Middlesbrough office to support collaboration
  • A proactive, organised, and commercially minded approach
