Senior Residential Care Practitioner Childrens Residential Home (Derby) We are currently recruiting for a Senior Residential Care Practitioner to join a 2-bedded childrens residential home in Derby , supporting young people with complex needs in a safe, structured and nurturing environment.

Salary & Benefits Salary: From £38,683.63 (increase after successful 6-month probation) Annual leave: 360 hours per year Structured rota and supportive team environment Ongoing training and career progression opportunities Role Overview As a Senior Residential Care Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the home, leading shifts, and providing guidance to staff while ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
Key Requirements Must hold one of the following: Level 4 Children, Young People & Families Practitioner Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care Minimum 1 year experience working in childrens residential care Minimum 1 year experience managing or supervising a team Strong leadership and decision-making skills Full UK driving licence (essential) Working Pattern Approx.
56.4 hours per week (including sleep-ins) Shift pattern: 08:00 start late shift sleep Morning handover the following day (08:0008:30) 3-week rolling rota Approx. xwzovoh
10 shifts per month Includes training and team meetings (approx.
