Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with a proven background in UK building services consultancy to join their London team.

The Role You will lead the design and delivery of mechanical (HVAC) building services systems across a range of projects, including commercial offices, high-end residential, and student accommodation.

Key responsibilities include: Leading mechanical design from concept through to completion Producing and reviewing calculations, specifications, and technical reports Designing in line with UK Building Regulations and CIBSE guidelines Using industry-standard tools such as Revit MEP and IES / Hevacomp (or similar) Managing project delivery, budgets, and timelines Acting as a key point of contact for clients, architects, and project teams Supporting and mentoring junior engineers Requirements (Essential) 5 years experience in a UK building services consultancy Strong background in HVAC design for building projects Working knowledge of CIBSE guides and UK Building Regulations (Part L, etc.) Experience using Revit MEP and building performance tools (IES / Hevacomp or similar) Proven ability to manage projects and build client relationships Desirable Chartered or working towards CIBSE / IMechE Experience delivering low-carbon / sustainable design solutions Whats on Offer £60,000 £75,000 salary (depending on experience) Private healthcare & life insurance Pension Flexible working (post-probation) Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) opportunity to become a stakeholder Clear progression pathway (all senior leadership promoted internally) 20 days annual leave bank holidays Why Apply? xwzovoh This is an opportunity to join a design-led consultancy working on architecturally led, high-profile London projects, with genuine long-term progression and the chance to play a key role in a growing team.
